What kind of photograph works best?＋
Clear photographs with natural light and an unobstructed face work best. Send us the original image even if it is not perfect—we can assess it and suggest the best approach.
Which stones and sizes are available?＋
We commonly work with light marble, black granite, and other dark stones. Sizes can be adapted for tabletop pieces, wall plaques, memorials, and keepsakes.
How long does production take?＋
Most pieces take 7–15 business days after design approval. Larger or multi-piece orders will receive a confirmed timeline before production.
Can I see the design before production?＋
Yes. We prepare a preview based on your photograph, stone, and size. Production only begins after you approve the design.
What if the piece is damaged during shipping?＋
Every order is photographed before dispatch and packed with reinforced protection. If there is a delivery issue, contact us promptly and we will help resolve it.
